1. About us

Rohini Honda is an authorised dealer of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) two-wheelers, offering the sale of new Honda two-wheelers, servicing, spare parts, insurance facilitation and related accessories through our showrooms in Rohini, Delhi. Registered address: C-13/137, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi – 110085.

2. Products, prices and availability

• All prices displayed are indicative and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. On-road prices vary by variant, colour, RTO charges, insurance and applicable offers.
• Prices, offers, specifications and availability follow the current Honda (HMSI) schedule and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed on the tax invoice at the time of delivery.
• Vehicle availability is subject to stock. Colours and images shown are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Bookings and payments

• A vehicle may be reserved by paying a booking/token amount online through our secure payment partner. The token is adjusted against the final on-road price at the time of billing.
• Online payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway/UPI partner. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Full payment of the on-road price (or approved finance disbursal) is required before delivery of the vehicle.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Booking cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that a two-wheeler, once invoiced and physically delivered, cannot be returned.

5. Delivery

Vehicles and goods are delivered in person at our showroom. We do not ship goods. Please see our Shipping Policy.

6. Warranty

New Honda two-wheelers carry the manufacturer's (HMSI) standard warranty as per Honda's terms. Extended warranty, where purchased, is governed by its own plan terms. Warranty claims are subject to Honda's policies and correct servicing.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Honda name, "Wing" logo and product marks are the property of Honda Motor Co./HMSI, used under authorisation. Website content is owned by Rohini Honda and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rohini Honda is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control (including manufacturer supply, RTO or logistics delays).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
