Return & Refund Policy

Returns are not possible after invoice / physical delivery of goods. A two-wheeler or other goods, once billed (tax invoice raised) and physically delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Nature of goods

We sell new Honda two-wheelers, genuine spare parts and accessories. These are titled, registrable and/or fitted goods. As per standard practice and manufacturer (HMSI) policy, sold vehicles and fitted/used parts are non-returnable once invoiced and delivered.

3. Duplicate or failed online payments

If a payment is deducted twice or fails but the amount is debited, the excess/erroneous amount is refunded to the original payment method after verification, typically within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary).

To raise a cancellation (pre-delivery) or a duplicate-payment refund, contact us with your booking/receipt details:

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method / bank account. This policy does not affect your rights in respect of the manufacturer's warranty, which is handled under Honda's warranty terms.
